The development of medical and surgical therapies obtained from translational medical and technology  research , raises the oncologist  in therapeutic choices that are becoming more complex to achieve the specific goal of ensuring the patient the best possible treatment, because of its specific clinical situation.

The guidelines, the pivotal trials of new drugs, the regulations do not allow, when they are not even dissonant, to give concrete answers in all the various clinical situations that arise oncologist and the surgeon, daily, in the clinics.

Not least of clinical governance is the economic aspect, in a now long time of financial difficulties of the national health system, which makes it more pressing the need to ensure the "right treatment" to the patient to avoid wasting unnecessary resources essential to the survival of the public health sector.

The aim of this scientific meeting is to compare the actual behavior that specialists endeavor in tackling complex clinical cases that the oncology clinic puts them on a daily basis.

For this reason, clinical cases, particularly complex, will be the only reason the meeting host and to enliven the discussion.                                                   

It is noted  that  clinical  cases are virtual and are intended solely for purposes training.
